90 Day Guided Implementation
A manual gives your program its structure. Guided Implementation helps your team use it. For 90 days, I work with your coordinator or discipline professional and their supervisor to customize the manual, put its workflows and tools into daily use, identify and close gaps, and complete the competency reviews.
$3,750 covers one program or discipline. The manual is purchased separately and is not included.
Everything your team gets over the 90 days
- Kickoff call and gap review of your current program
- Review of your agency customization, policies, and fillable fields
- Six coaching calls, one every two weeks, 45 minutes each
- Day 30, 60, and 90 competency reviews, 45 minutes each
- Review of a sample of your program between days 60 and 90
- A mock survey tracer of your program in the final month
- A written close out summary with findings and next steps
- Email support between sessions
Not included: the manual itself, a second program or discipline, staff training sessions, or legal advice. Additional hours are billed separately and only with your approval in advance.
The same 90 days, focused on the role you are building
Social Worker and Chaplain manuals are in development. Guided Implementation will be offered for each when they launch.
What I ask of your team
- The coordinator or discipline professional and their supervisor attend each scheduled session.
- The intake form is completed before kickoff, so our first call goes to real work.
- Tasks agreed on in each call are finished before the next one.
- Your agency makes the final decisions on policy approval and adoption.
How your 90 days begin
- Buy your manual. Each manual is its own purchase.
- Add Guided Implementation. Choose your program at checkout. You can pay in full or start with a deposit.
- Complete the intake form. The link is in your order confirmation email.
- Book your kickoff call. You schedule it right after the intake form.
- Day 1 is your kickoff call. Your 90 days start on that date, not the date of purchase.
