Service Hours Kickoff call and gap review of your current program.
Review of your agency customization, policies, and fillable fields.
Six coaching calls, one every two weeks, 45 minutes each.
Day 30, 60, and 90 competency reviews, 45 minutes each.
Review of a sample of your program between 60 and 90 days.
Mock survey tracer of your program in the final month.
Written close out summary with findings and next steps.
