Their Tomorrow Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Their Tomorrow is operated by Tonia Barrier, MSN, RN, a licensed life insurance producer in Tennessee (License 3004515305, NPN 22397680). This policy explains what information Their Tomorrow collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including your name, phone number, email address, the answers you provide in our forms and surveys (for example, who depends on your income and whether you have coverage through work), and details you share during scheduled conversations. This information may come from Facebook and Instagram lead forms, our website survey, our online booking page, email, and phone calls.
Phone calls
Calls to the Their Tomorrow phone line are answered by an AI assistant and are recorded for quality and record keeping. You will be told this at the start of each call.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and hold conversations with you, provide educational information, and, if you choose to apply for coverage, help you complete and submit that application.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with the insurance agency through which Tonia Barrier is appointed, and with insurance companies, if you ask to apply for or review coverage;
- with service providers that help us operate, such as scheduling, form, phone, email, and customer relationship management tools, who may use it only to provide those services; and
- when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Text Messaging Terms.
If you apply for coverage, the insurance company will also give you its own privacy notice, which governs how it handles your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, subject to any records we are required by law to keep. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To make any other request, use the contact information below.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
