Who you would be working with
I am Tonia Barrier, MSN, RN, Founder and Principal Consultant of PAC Leadership Solutions. As a founding employee and former Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer of a multistate hospice organization, I built its clinical, compliance, and training infrastructure from the ground up across Illinois, Ohio, Texas, Indiana, and Georgia. I led an EMR migration and oversaw compliance across every market. My career began as a nurse aide and at the hospice bedside.
